- Programming for establishment and development of special interest groups
- Supervising activities of special interest groups
- Facilitating activities of special interest groups
- Cooperation in preparing annual programs of special interest groups
- Reporting annual activities of groups to executive board of association
- Technical verification of plans for establishing study groups and referring approved plans to executive board
